WHAT I DO.

  • Using body weight and gravity with my feet allows me to provide up to three times more pressure than manual massage techniques. Pressure is distributed over a broader surface, eliminating the discomfort often associated with elbows and thumbs in hyper-tense musculature.

    The deep myofascial strokes I am able to achieve with Ashiatsu create more sustainable structural changes throughout the body.

  • Many of the Ashiatsu strokes along the paraspinals relieve muscle spasms and create space between the intervertebral foramen (where spinal nerves pass through), allowing the nervous system to function more efficiently in communication with your entire body. Clients often report feeling taller and more grounded after a session.

  • I incorporate stretching and mobilization during sessions where it’s needed. But even if you choose to receive a more passive session, we’ll be moving everything from stagnant energy to stuck fascia, aiding in detoxification, revitalization, and a sense of freedom in your body.

    I like to hold space for my intuition to pick up on subtle cues from your body and also for your relaxation, so you can get the most benefit from treatment.

    We will do the majority of conversing about your specific needs prior to the session.

  • I’ve learned over the years that I do my best work when I feel balanced and grounded, so I avoid loading too many sessions into a day. Your session with me will never feel rushed or scattered. I create a calm atmosphere for each and every person I treat.
